Perfil do Candidato:
? Frequência universitária na área de Gestão, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas similares;
? Capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa;
? Proatividade, dinamismo e orientação a resultados;
? Outras línguas são fator preferencial;
? Criativo na forma de abordar problemas e procurar novas soluções;
Funções :
- Atendimento de chamadas a clientes e candidatos, participação nas reuniões com os mesmos;
- Pesquisa de candidatos para cobrir os pedidos em aberto dos consultores;
- Marcação e realização de entrevistas;
- Definir e implementar sistemas e processos de trabalho de forma a rentabilizar a atividade;
- Planificar a atividade formativa, calendarizando as intervenções, prevendo os meios físicos, os recursos humanos e financeiros a afetar;
- Elaborar propostas, negociando prioridades, metas e apresentando o orçamento de acordo com o respetivo enquadramento financeiro;
- Participação em processos de candidatura para PT 2020
