We are hiring
A Chinese Translator and Customer Support Specialist for our Team. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager this person will translate from English to Mandarin and provide support to our Clients, mainly in our online platform and sometimes by phone. This role also includes administrative tasks.
We expect you to be native or with an advanced level in Mandarin (written and spoken skills), be a good team worker, with a natural orientation to tasks but also a friendly person. A graduated degree in language and humanities is a plus.
